Once filming was finished, we immediately started on final cut pro. I went through the shots, labelling them, and then put them in the log bin. I created a separate log bin for the killer, to make it easier when putting the shots into the time line.
We had some difficulty deciding how we were going to go about editing the sequence, in terms of speed etc.
However, we then began to use after effects- giving us a small idea of how our sequence could look. We decided to use the 3-d device created by layering the images. I thought this was a fantastic idea and it gave me a more vivid image in my head of what it would look like. By moving the camera about on after effects, we could give the impression on the camera moving through the actual webpage. We decided to use this effect on Angel 3323'S FACESPACE page as it would create a lovely contrast between her and the killer. Angel's being free flowing and colourful, where as the killers ARTBOX website being rigid and harsh looking- reflecting his character.
